Wellz... Quite a while i must say... But here it is... First 2 days of Japan trip as promised... Currently still uploading Day 3 photos and writting abit Day 3... Of all oversea trips, this trip i will blog it out as i felt this is the most meaningful and relax trip i ever got... Although it will leaves a chain of problems later on due to financial issue, guess it worth it... Felt more refreshed and most impt is going oversea with a groups of friends... Tat's the fun part in any oversea trip... Anyway, enjoy...
Day 1 - 7th March
In the day time, i quickly packed wat was left, scared tat i forgot to bring anything... Kinda not used to it as this is the first plane trip which my luggage consist mainly onli clothings... Previous trips like Germany, Thailand and Cambodia i brought alot of other stuff... Wellz... Guess it's finally my ever first oversea trip without any tasks to do... :p
After finally confirmed tat i brought everything, i called GW and i took cab down to her place to pick her up and head to airport tgt... My bro was tgt with mi and send mi off... When reached there, i den realised tat we will be flying to KL first b4 flying to japan... -.-" I din know at all... This proved tat i'm totally not prepared for japan trip at all... Had BK b4 meeting the rest... Most of them went for dinner and our gang were still outside chatting with alas's parents... Later, we took abt an hour flight to KL and waited for almost an hour b4 the real flight to japan... And tat concludes our first day...
Day 2 - 8th March
FINALLY, we have reached japan! Indeed the weather was cooling... Ok lahz... Cold, i admit... Which i like such weather, no sweat at all... Took our luggages and put it in our tour bus and off on our tour... Met this lady - Miss Yoko, whom is our tour guide for this trip... Surprisingly, her english is not bad... As least we can really communicate quite well...
First place we visited is Asakusa, i think remb she said tat normally it is veri crowded during some festival... And it is really quite crowded... We also went around the place and stepped into 100 Yen shop... Damn damn cheap the stuff there... We had our lunch over there... Seoul Garden style... So we 'cooked' our first japanese food there... Haha... A few times the sticks were caught on fire... Too oily, i guess... :S
After tat, we proceeded to visit Sony Building in Ginza and looked around... Alas, Kenneth and some of them went to some other places to buy polaroid cameras... According to alvin, during the bus trip, they actually saw shop named Bandai... OMG! Hahaha... Should have tried to find out where it was... :P The price for Sony product slightly cheaper... Din really get to see the latest Sony camera... Really nothing much...
Later on, we headed to Imperial Palace... Funny thing was tat we cant really go in... I was wondering why we go there in the first place... Nvm lahz... Beautiful scenery too... Finally, we reached our hotel at Akasaka... The hotel name is Akasaka Yoko... Hahaha... Same name as our tour guide... To my surprised, our hotel room is so damn small... I was quite stunned as i seriously dunno where to put our luggage... It is basically a size of normal HDB room (Based on my room size)... Gosh... Wellz... Budgeted trip is like tat one... Get use to it bahz... Hahaha... The time we spent at the hotel was a short while coz we have to proceed to another place...
We were heading to Ikebukuro for free time... Explore around... We went pass the hotel which alvin stayed during his first japan trip and stopped nearby... Den he told us tat there is a building named animate which i remb it is a 7 level building selling products solely on anime stuff... Cool... But guess i couldn't find wat i came to japan for - gundams... ;P Anyway, we had our our veri first japanese RAMEN! Hehehe... Damn... It is SO TASTY! Omg... I can understand why alvin said tat we wouldn't be interested in ramen once we are back in singapore... So over here no standard one... Hahaha...
As was recommended, we headed to this place called Naruto Theme Park... Veri interesting place filled with lotz of stuff... We went to a place called Ice-Cream City where they sell nothing but ice-cream... Omg... Place of wonders siaz... Lotz of cute and funny stuff inside... I remb tat when we were seated down, i took joseph's fish-eye camera and check it out... Quite unique... And i took out the top part where it meant for our eyes to see through... I placed it in front of my camera len and shoot... Hahaha... Manz... Interesting shots we had took...
When we were heading back to hotel, we have to take the trains... Coz the tour guide service has ended for tat day... So yup... Quite an experience and i can tell you the train system is hundred times more complicated den singapore's mrt system... Once reach hotel, most of us knocked out liaoz... It was really tiring for us as most of us did not get to sleep during the flight... Yup...
